Vanilla Blueberry Donuts
Ingredients for the donuts (makes 12):
2 cups @kodiakcakes buttermilk power cake flapjack mix
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 egg
4 Tbs melted coconut oil
1 cup coconut milk
blueberries (as many as your heart desires)
Ingredients for the glaze:
6 Tbs creamy almond butter
1/2 cup wildflower honey
4 Tbs melted coconut oil
2 Tbs coconut milk
Directions for the donuts:
Whisk @kodiakcakes mix and coconut sugar together in a large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, melted coconut oil, coconut milk. Whisk all ingredients until batter is smooth and thick. Put batter into a ziplock baggie (cause we ain't fancy and don't have pastry pipping bags). Cut tip of the bag and pipe the batter into a greased donut baking pan. Place blueberries into batter. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let completely cook before glazing.
Directions for the glaze:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Dunk donuts into the glaze. Devour immediately
