Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup of gluten free all purpose flour*
1 Tbs tapioca flour
5 Tbs coconut sugar
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
5 Tbs coconut oil softened
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup @enjoylifefoods mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and stir till dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll into 16 balls. Place in the fridge or freeze until firm. Enjoy solo or add to your favorite nice cream recipe.
