Bunless Burger
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb of 90/7 lean ground beef
2 medium sweet potatoes cubed
1 large tomato sliced
1/2 medium purple onion sliced
spring mix
1 Tbs sea salt
1 Tbs black pepper
1 1/2 Tbs olive oil
Directions:
Take lean ground beef and divide into 4 even sections. Using your hands, form the meat sections into patties. Brush the patties lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill burgers until filly cooked. Take cubed sweet potatoes and coat with 1 Tbs of olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake in a 425˚F oven for 20 minutes or until tender. Once burger patties and sweet potatoes are cooked assemble your burger. Take spring mic and fill a bowl. Place 1 burger patty and 1/2 cup of sweet potato cubes on the spring mix. Add onion, tomato and avocado if desired, Top with 1/2 Tbs Tessemae's dressing of choice.
